Logged out of account during GG

    Was doing galaxy gate Beta. Had done the first 5 waves on the weekend. A few days later started the kristallin round. I was logged out 3 times from my account during the galaxy gate so I dies 3 times and lost the gate.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem? Also is it possible to recover beta due to this glitch/bug/error.

    Hmm logged out intentionally or automatically, during the gate?

    And, you can ask support to reset your gate...that is if you haven't asked for a gate reset in the last 31 days.
