Logging In

    I am unable to log in. I put in my username and password and click log in but it just loads and then goes back to the log-in screen. No error message pops up or anything, it just doesn't let me log in. Ive tried logging in on another account and it was fine, so I would assume it the account. Any help would be most appreciated.

    Check the web address after it kicks you back to the log in screen. If it ends with "stay calm" or something like that then it's an account ban. You could try posting in the chat board here on forum or contacting support to find out why and how long for if this is the case.

    Yes that must be it. I didn't know you couldn't log in if you get a ban. I havn't been chat banned for awhile

    They just implemented this today. So if you have done some pretty bad stuff on the chat in your time, you probably are banned.
