Logging into game freezing up

I have tried almost 12 hours today to log into the game. I am just now able to go from server to server. But the advertisement page keeps going blank. And when I finally get past it after hundreds of tries I get to a home page. Then the game gives me a whole new problem it does not allow me to use the start area except 1 in every 20 tries. Then on top of all of that when it should be connecting to the server to play when you click the start the page goes completely blank. If you are working on the servers that is ok. But what is to be done for those of use that are trying to do the total 24 days of Christmas calendar. If I remember last time during this year on Christmas calendar it went down. I_Die-Fast_In-Here_2, A couple of questions if I may, Which server are you having the issue on? Have you tried a different browser? Is your browser/flash/java up to date? Have you tried clearing your cache?

Flash player was cleared / Java is up to date / firewall is maxed / computer has all updates/ internet was rebooted 5 times/ I even had the internet repair person over. I managed to get to this server after 128 tries this morning. I had to keep fast clicking to get this one. The server I was having trouble on was server USA3. I do not know what is going on but it was doing the same thing this morning. Since I got to this server I am on right now I have not had a problem. And I do not dare switch servers when I got this one going. Right now I am playing in Global America 5 at least I can play the game here. It may just be a small glitch or something else I do not know or have not tried. I checked my whole computer over and ran every diagnostic it has. It just keeps telling me no connection when I try to log into server USA3. And the screen goes blank all white. I tried with my son's account he has and it connected right away for his account. And I asked my daughter to try hers and it worked for her. Theirs works on USA3 yet mine does not. I am patient and can play on this server I will try 10 to 20 times a day until it is up and going if it does not get up and going I will just have to play on global America 5 for the time being. US3 is still very slow with occasinal lag spikes that freeze the game for about 30-45 seconds, this is a server side error, Not only I. But many others are having this irregular lag, thank you for you time in reading this!!

 

Sorry for the delays returning to your issue. Are you still having issues getting into US3? We have not been able to duplicate the issue on our side.
