logging on.

i keep going to log on to my acc but every day i log in it keep saying no username and password match, i keep having to change my acc password everyday,

why is this.??

 

Incorrect Username or password?

Click forgot password and see if you can do a new password and log in. After that, Change your email as well.

 

i do change my password everyday now becoz it doesnt let me log on, i dont see what moving my acc to another email is gona do.

 

Reason why I say change your email because the only reason why your password may not be working is because someone might know your email. They can possibly change your Password using your email. So changing your email can help prevent someone from changing your password.

As recommended changing your password and email may be good suggestions, I would also recommend that you contact support and see if there is a unwanted Bigpoint portal attached to your account. If so, ask them to remove it.
