Login Issue

I have tried to log into my DO account in my Chrome browser with the same login I would normally use. (Its saved my password and username in the history, for ease of logging in) I have downloaded Mozilla, and have received the same results as in the chrome browser.

I have made a new account to even post this into the forums, because you need to log in with an account to post anything, and I have been unable to get into my account. My hypothesis is that there is some kind of ban on my account. I have taken screenshots and done what was recommended by DO.(I will attach links ,if need be, to the two screenshots I have from yesterday)

The situation: Yesterday I was playing, everything was fine. Then all of a sudden I was chat banned because some administrator was unhappy with my IGN. I have been playing DO for around 2 and a half weeks. And now while our shields went down on our CBS I was chat banned. So to make it difficult for me to request help I began adding people into my outfit in hopes that they would stay close and help keep it up. I was frustrated because I had to add people in the game, and send them messages from the backpage. This was the only way I found out how to potentially save our CBS. I had googled how to change my name, and learned going to pilot sheet and editing my profile I could change it. So, I did what was requested, changed my name. And then I was un-banned from chat. (it was only a one hour ban) I continued to play for a few more hours yesterday. I logged out. Now I cannot log back in.

I am more than happy to post the pictures, or PM someone who can handle this problem. I will press login, and this is the url that it will change to. So the calmDown ending seems like I have a ban on my account. I will reiterate that I had followed what was requested of me, and being a new player am unaware that my name was offensive to anyone. Is there a way to check a ban list, or account eligibility?

Yeah calmDown is a account ban as you have already mentioned, however nothing can be done about it on the forums

You will have to contact >support< about it. If you cannot remember the UserID for the account that is suspended then make a new account and explain to them you don't have the UserID but give them to Log-in name and the server of the account that has been suspended etc.

 

I know all the information about my account, I was unaware of the location I should put this, so i figured the fourms would be a place to start. Thank you Okapi32, for instructing me on where to go. I am still learning this game, and how to play. I will explain it in the support area you have lead me to.
