Login Lag

    Why is there a bad lag on logging in the game? It takes too long for map components to visualise,.... and the thing can just freeze up.

    Bring back the smooth login process and back the rites for all those who login regularly.

    Please try clearing your browser cookies and cache, this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded. Please remember that after deleting your cache it may be necessary to restart your PC.

    Probably has like 7 toolbars installed...

    OK, jokes aside, it probably is an issue with your browser. They tend to get bogged down with crap. If you are on Windows, try the program HijackThis. The output is not very user friendly, but it outputs a log of all the many wonderful pieces of junk that are attached to the browser, among other things.

    Hi there INFRA-BLACK,

    I apologise if i sound like a broken record however this is what we advise to try and help with your issue.

    1. Clear your browser history and cache - Help on how to do this >>HERE<<
    2. Clear your flash storage data - Help on how to do this >>HERE<<
    3. Optimise your flash player - Help on how do this >>HERE<<
    4. Perform ping tests to test your internet connection
    5. Explore using different browsers

    Normally when you do clear your browser cache i find that it does take long to load the next time, since it is downloading the new data, however after this my game will load faster the next time i try to load.

    I would also advise exploring different browsers since this appears to be very individual with different browsers working for different people (For example, I know many people avoid Internet Explore but i also know people who use it for the game) As always with browsers, the less hotbars/widgets you have will always help reduce any lag you experience. It is also advised to reduce the number of programs that you run when you play the game also, since having many tabs open and operational will have an more of an impact compared to only having one or two.

    I hope that that the steps above help solve or at least reduce the issue you are having.
