login problem

    when i log in i get the first screen ok but when i try to load the game [ship screen] i only get about 1/3 of a screen. if i then go to full screen its ok but i got killed and now i cant repair my ship. my only option is to quit, also if i try to use base facilities it goes back to 1/3 screen and is unusable please help have cleared the cache several times no help any other ideas

    Hi there,

    Can i ask whether you could clarify what you mean when you refer to '1/3 screen' as i don't quite understand. Is your screen shrinking to 1/3 the size it should be? Or do you mean the loading bar only goes to 1/3 when you try loading the game?
