Losing credits yet again

Im about sick and tired of having to come and tell you about this just fix it. Ive lost 50 million credits and this is getting really old and I dont appreciate it. Do whatever you have to do to fix the issue. I pay good money for a good game and to have this happen is very disappointing.I know you all at D.O. have alot to do with the game but please fix my credit issue I dont want to have to stop playing a good game cause it cant get its stuff together...

Well see the thing is that i'm not spending them they are just disappearing and its not a hack because I change my password 2 times a week every week without fail. DO just need to get there stuff together and go through a week of construction on the game. All players can still login and manage everything just not play for an entire week and during that week they work out EVERYTHING that is wrong with the game servers and the game in general i.e. lag in servers, better security for accounts and whatever else needs to happen. I dont want to quit playing but if this matter continues and my credits don't get returned to me i'm going to stop playing DO and give it hella bad reveiws for others to see.

I guess DO isnt going to give me my refund. That really lame considering that it is such a good game....

 

So you just "lost" 50 million credits? Have you gone thru your whole logbook for past week or two ?? Do you live alone ?? I bet its in there somewhere. For all of DO's flaws and glitches, 50 million creds don't just disappear. Lost in auction maybe....but you didn't mention bidding or anything like that.

 

I have checked everything pie and I don't know where they are. How could I lose them in auction when you get the credited back when you get out bidded. I really have no idea where they went. I do live alone and there isn't anyone that has my login information and I change it 2 times a week so how could someone get to my account if a consistently update it.

Please check whether you used your credits for auction or not and whether they were refunded to you or not for the lost bid.
Always check auctions history. Also check log book to check the deduction details and also check whether your credits were deducted as clan tax or not.

You can Contact Support if you feel your credits were not refunded with log history and user id and server.
