Losing shield strength.

Last night my shields were 499k. This morning I logged in to find them 425k. I logged back in 30 mins later and now they are 355k/ What could be the problem?? I am double boosted. But I noticed my sep disappeared when I was logged out so I think this prom/sep gen problem is worse than we thought if it is affecting the ships now. I thought even though the gen showed 1 min you still had whatever real amount you had before the problem.Prom amount not changing so far which is weird since time should be going down while I am here. Makes no sense.

 

I just added sep and the problem is not a visual problem as I was being told. All my sep and prom DID disappear last week.My shields went back to 499k. So now how are we going to fix this problem?. I lost a lot of prom and sep with this supposed VISUAL problem and money now since I have to start all over rebuilding the amounts. Oh and the prom amount has not changed in over an hour so something very weird is going on. Wonder why no one wants to give me an answer??

 

You could had just be out of sep and prom, because you were out of sep and prom.

There are lots of problems but I have the visual glitch on one out of six servers.

 

maybe you had the wrong drone formation? or as PSKUNDANCE said you might be out of seprom on shields. or you drones could have been repaired which would cause them to lose the bonus? idk theres a lot of things. i hate repaaring the drones and losing the havoc bonus :/ or herc bonus if iu had full hercs.

sorry to hear you lost your sep/prom, my thing is glitched to 1min on speed but i just ignore it and check the little speed number on the SHip window in-game. i hope your issue gets resolved.

 

Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue... as of today I was informed that the display of the shields updated with Seprom will be displayed correctly again. If this is not the case, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Ok great, my shields display correctly now... When are the speed generators getting online?

 

was not out of sep and prom. It disappeared as support said there was a visual problem. I never run out of either.read my post better.

 

issue not resolved and no help from game team. Sep and prom is gone 3mil each. not playing much anymore. had enough.

i have visual glitch but everithing is still there, it all show up when i put 1 seprom or promi on shields/speed.

 

Yes, it is still the visual glitch... 1 out of 6 servers for me. I know I have plenty of time but its really crazy. We need a fix.

 

well just lost 100k shields and hp on ship. Keep getting message about upgrades and told I can't upgrade..Tired of this..bye. refund what I have spent since March when this all started. Getting killed with shield and HP loss. Guess they can't fix this..
