loss of equipment

all of sudden, loss of lasers, cpu's speed generators,sheilds for no reason,
go to Hangar Page Overview shows no shields, no lasers, no speed generators
, go on line to fight, have nothings, try to engage lasers, it says no lasers, go
to Hanger equipment page is shows all my equipment still there. what's up can't
play, need immediate action or will request all monies back, due to game
continuous problems.

 

Did you switch to a config where nothing is equipped? Or accidentally deleted all the equipment from the config you are on?

no it happen while i was on map 3-4 and fighting, when it happen, before that everything was fine, server is US3.

 

I am going to take a guess and say you're a new player? If I'm wrong I apologise but you do know you have 2 configurations? If you have only equipped the first config and then changed to the second config during a fight (without any equipment on it) then this would explain what's happened.

Check your hangar and look for the "1" and "2" buttons which let you select either config then check the equipment load out for them both.

When you are in the game and you are possibly typing in chat. The Hotkey for changing configurations is the letter "C" - is it possible that you hit the letter "C" and caused it to change to the other configurations.

You mean in hangar? It's possible, as suggested, that you changed to config 2 and this has not been equipped. Check config 2 in your hangar.
