Loss of Uri due to System?

    Hello, i purchased some of the 99cent "Shared Booster Advantage Pack" yesterday. We all know there was a problem booking them right away, but i received my boosters this morning upon logging in. I check my Uridium Balance page and notice the System deducted Uridium overnight? I talked to a clan member and he was also deducted, BUT he also purchased the "Shared Booster Advantage Pack". He has also received his boosters.

    Help appreciated.

    Hi there,

    It appears that there was an issue for some of the users who purchased this pack, where the affected users received uridium instead of the boosters. Support managed to run a script that resolved this, which meant that the uridium that was booked incorrectly be deducted and the boosters placed onto the account.

    Can i ask whether you can look in your balance back to the time when you purchased the boosters to see if you received the uridium initially?
