Loss of uridium

    I bought some boosters earlier the 3 pack for 99 cents and this is what I got in my balance log:
    20.02. 05:54 System refund - 22,500 U.
    Can support please look into this? It is really frustrating.

    Hello silanyu

    There was an issue amongst some of the players who purchased this pack, where the affected players received uridium instead of the boosters pack.

    Support managed to run a script that resolved this, which meant that the uridium that was booked incorrectly be deducted and the boosters placed onto the account.

    Can i ask whether you can look in your balance back to the time when you purchased the boosters to see if you received the uridium initially?

    Sorry for the delay in response was out of town and no I never received uridium. I did receive the boosters but I feel that it is unfair that uridium was taken from me for purchasing the boosters with my own money. Is there any way this can be fixed?

    Hi,
    I am sorry that it looks like you were deducted uri unnecessarily. If you could write to support and include the copy of the log entry of the uri removed and for the purchase of boosters if u have one, or the date and approximate time you purchased them they should be able to sort that out for you.
