  1. recieved the new email for the new hanger and spearhead (TY FOR THAT!)

    So used it but my hanger before the empty one got sold (with aegis) and replaced it with spearhead. Leaving the empty hanger .. well empty.

    You will have to contact support. Since you bought the ship, you can probably just ask them to "reset" everything back to the way it was before you allocated the ship in the hanger.
     
  3. Linked to a work mail so would rather just wait for an admin to see if they can fix from here , if now will email , thanks guys
     
  4. This is just a forum, no one here can fix your account. You HAVE to send an email to support for help.
     
  5. Yes you will definitely have to speak with support if you are to get this issue fixed.

    Thank you all for you wonderful assistance with this players issue.

    As far as I know, Hangers are non removable. You will need to contact support, as the voucher code would not have removed an existing hanger.
