    hi, i was on last wave of alpha when i got some lag, one second i had loads of health, next thing i had popped :( please can u look into this for me.

    You can contact Support to have the gate reset.
    Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
    • EN Servers Only
    • 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
    • No Frame Rate required

    • All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.

    Please note that you will need to contact support and provide the following information:
    Ship name:
    User ID:
    Server
    Registered email address.
