    Hello :( I am in very bad mood. I lost my beta due to my computer lag. What are my chances to get it back?

    I wrote to support :

    I have a bad day ... My computer simply can not do so much at one time and in the afternoon I started Beta and kill me Jesus KRISTallin double times, once my fault, the second technical problem with my slow PC - started Avast update. And it causes lag, as I say, my computer can't do so much things at once. So I have bought for 10k Uri life because I had droppings from Protegits, but next I was fighting large Krists and me to the PC backup (http://i.imagefra.me/a10jt2b8)! LAG!! : '-( Already I can not buy another life, because I am out of all credit and my Beta is gone, even though I would love to contribute to the operation of servers, developers, and so, because it's really a nice game and still evolving and there is always something to do ... but if I do not complete Beta today I will not have 40k Uridium for the green boxes search for APIS :'(. I know that the problem isn't your fault, but I have these updates and backups too somehow not expected, I did not expect it and my noutboak simply can not do so much at once... could you give me back my beta, please? I know that the error is not on your side but we are humans and people should help each other. I will be very grateful, for and I love it and be happy.

    You get one gate each month back if you lose it due to lag problems regardless.

    Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
    • EN Servers Only
    • 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
    • No Frame Rate required

    • All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.

    Please note that you will need to contact support and provide the following information:
    Ship name:
    User ID:
    Server
    Registered email address.
