lost credits

    i lost credits and iris in action becouse of the lag were do i report this so i can get credit or iris

    If you lost an iris, then that is your fault. You are supposed to look after your irises & repair them before they get to 100% damage - & you should buy the drone repair CPU & put it on your ship as a precaution.

    You cannot lose credits due to lag. If you have lost them during an auction & not got them back, then you will probably have to put in another reply with your user ID.

    i dint lose an iris becouse of repar i put a bid in for a iris in action i never got the iris or the credits bad nor did i get notified if i lost the bid im not dumb

    Well then check the auction history & your credit balances. You will find out whether you won or not & if you didn't win, whether he credits were refunded or not.

    Finally, you stated you lost credits & iris in action - you didn't say you bid on an iris & didn't win it or receive the credits & I assumed you meant playing. Also, I believe the auction has been redesigned so that bids in the last 5 seconds or so do not go through.

    If you bid for the iris and did not win the iris, nor did you get your credits returned.
    Please contact support, include the following:
    Ship name:
    user Id
    Server
    registered email address

    and a copy of the log transaction for the auction bid.
