    Lost all 3 lives in gamma on prots due to atrocious lag & loss of connection on final life - even though I was doing them with a Vengy.
    Please could you reset the gate.

    Hi

    I have reset that gate for you. You will jump back in on the wave you died on with 3 fresh lives. Please be aware that we offer this as a courtesy and this may not be repeated in the future.
    Please also make sure that you clear your cache and temporary files before you jump into the gate and make sure you have nothing else eating the bandwidth such as voice servers or media services as these will cause lag spikes to occur especially if someone else on your connection is using netflix or a similar media streaming service.
