Lost gate.

    my user id: 52477560 server global america 4 (int8)
    I lost my kronos becouse new update. i did kronos gate then somehow my opened action page(trade page) refreshing and i got frozen in game 3 times. before 11 days one my gate got reseted and i got game lag too, 2 times frozen and 1 dc. support saying they can reset only one gate per 30 days. But it was game glich. so i need to pay with my hard work for game which is lagging? i use laptop with intel core i5 processor and 8 gb ram, also 100kpbs internet speed. my pc works just perfect. Can you reset my gate? or i need to write after 30 days and ask support once again?

    I feel bad for you because I don't think they will reset it. It seems you have already contacted support and they just say no because of their 1 gate reset per 30 days regardless of if they caused the gate to be lost or not.

    Is that figure a typo or is your internet speed really 100 kbps? If that's true then if I were you I would only be doing a gate after waiting 30 days since a reset, especially if it's kronos.

    If it really happened at the moment they were updating with the new auction update then I'd try asking again but I don't like your chances I'm afraid :(

    That's sucks man, but they won't return your gate seeing as you've already asked for a reset. Regardless the cause. Oh and waiting 30 days will be no use, because you have to ask for a gate reset within 48 hours of losing the gate.

    Unfortunately the guidelines are very specific on gate resets, there is one gate reset available to each player ever 30 days. However they must contact support within 48 hours of the loss of the gate and you cannot wait 30 days and request a gate that was lost 2-3 weeks prior. If you feel that this issue need further investigation you can always contact support.

    Make all lose gates 2 days in a row and please watch how much messeges you will recive. of course you will give gates back to all, becouse it is not just one person(bp think one more or one less doesn't matter) but whole darkorbit users. omg. so stupid. all what i can say..

    I am sorry that you feel that the logic of the BP team is not up to your standards.

    However gates are returned in the method mentioned above. I would also mention that in the event that this is a server issue, there have been times when the gates have been reset server wide. However that is a rare occassion.

    Please know that doing gates is a choice and it is not mandatory that they be replaced. As the 1 free gate replacement every 30 days is fairly new. The past method required Frame rates and your location distance from the server you play. Many players found they did not qualify as their frame rates were generally to low.

    As you are being given the option of one free gate reset every 30 days, you do not have to use that option, if you feel it is Stupid.
