Lost nearly 400 million credits on Auction

• I bid on a Citadel and won, I placed my bid at; 00.09 18.11 (server time) One minute before the end of the daily Auction. I rightfully won the bid, however it went to another player.

Please can this issue be resolved?
I sent support an email yesterday and was told that this will be sorted as a server wide issue? I believe that my particular issue is unique. I have already had a thread closed, this is unnaceptable.
I want something to be done please, I have had a difficult time without credit rockets and no credits.

I have submitted all the evidence and it is logged in my account, therefore I don't see the problem as to why I have to wait?

 

Some other people opened same threads today. If you just look into them you can see that mods wrote it is an issue. If you look for answers here if you will get the credits back, you won't get the answers. You just need to be in contact with the support, they will give you the answers.

By the way, I am sorry for all of you. I saw the threads today and don't have in mind to bid for a while.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM I LOST 900 MILLIONS IN TRADE AND CREDITS DIDN´T GET BACK TO MY ACCOUNT... NOW I HAVE 172MILLIONS AND I WANT TO HAVE MY CREDITS BACK TO BID ON SENTIEL THE NEXT WEEK

 

Auction is glitching right now. Don't bid on anything important/with a lot of creds.

Interesting, hopefully they will check our banking logs and then we will be given what we are owed. The thing is I won the bid? However, they aint sure if they going to give me the ship...I like credits, but because I won, I should be the owner of a new ship right now....

Yesterday I Bid 1040456789 credit for venom and when i open ship today i see than my name is not more there someone bit 70mln credit and my credit not back can u help me for back credit again coz i want bid that venom Thanks

 

They gave me what I was owed....The Citadel...My advice is; contact support and provide them with as much evidence as you can. Lastly, I had to tell them I never wanted the credits back, just the ship, and I received it.

 

I advise that anybody with auction issues where credits have not been correctly refunded, to contact support since they will be able to see all the credit and auction logs clearly.
