Lost Premium?????

  1. Logged in the game to discover that I've lost my premium subscription. I just paid for it Feb 3rd and it shows up under active subscriptions but everything else is gone. No premium bar on game screen, 20 second logout and "go premium" on the home screen. Have sent 3 emails to support in the last 2 days with NO REPLY. This same deal also happened on my husbands account. Can any of the DO staff give me any reason why this is happening since I can't get through to support??????? Not very happy about paying for a service and having it taken away for no reason!!! :mad:
     
  2. Sure you didn't accidentally log on to a different server? Or perhaps it's taking time to process? I don't know, either way, send support another ticket, giving ID email server game name and a detailed description of what's happened. I'm sure the first ticket just got mixed up somewhere along the line, it happens :)

    Same thing has happened to me as well, bought premium pack on 8th Feb 14 and still don't have it. Submitted ticket to support twice so far. Just letting you know you're not alone with this issue.
     
  4. Thanks for the replies. Strange thing is that I had premium for 5 days after I paid for it and then it was just gone... but still showing up as active under current subscriptions. Weird... I've contacted support again, still waiting :(

    youre not the only 1 infected. i renewed my doubler and rebate on monday and it says im active until 6th april but im not getting the extra 25% discount with my 5% discount from premium and im not having uri or spins doubled with boxing either. so far , they owe me 4 days of these subscriptions. bloody stinks.
