Lost ranks in clan

    The ranks of all my clan members is back to basic pilot my rank was chief captain i would like to know why this was done

    server restart.. happens every day.... has been happening for years, its just what it does, relog and your ranks will be back

    Thank you very much for assisting this player with their issue,

    As they are correct, when server reset happen the ranks are refreshed... those players that have not played actively, will see basic space pilot but once they return to active play the rank they should have will return.
