Lost shields and Generators

    HELP!!

    I WAS KILLED BY AN ENEMY AND NOW HAVE LOST ALL MY LASERS AND GENS. i WENT TO ATTACK AND IT SAYS I HAVE NO CANNONS. i WENT TO HANGAR AND THEY ARE ALL THERE ON MY SHIP BUT THE HANGAR HOME PAGE SAYS 0 GENS AND 0 LASERS. tHE SAME IS FOR MY DRONES AND pet.
    i HAVE LOGGED OUT AND BACK IN AGAN BUT STILL THE SAME.

    CAN SOMEONE HELP OR HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONJS?

    Did you have the equipment on both configs?

    THE CAPS HURT MY EARS EYES.

    Try clearing your cache and making sure your flash player is up to date. Also, try unequipping everything then equipping it again.

    Hey Steveprime, try resetting your configs by using the delete button next to the 1 and 2 buttons on Equipment under Hangar

    I have cleared the cache, updated Flash and is the same on Firefox and IE. I have also unequipping and equipping but alas! no joy

    I have also delete all configs and re-equppited all gear but still the same.

    okay, i deleted all configs on both of my ships. I then equipt for 2nd ship and all is okay. Switched back to my main ship and tried a few gens and lasers but still no joy. It appears to jusd be my Goliasth that has theissue as my 2nd ship is ok.

  6. lol just to let you know, If your equipment is on one ship, your other ships can't use those equipments.

    You might of accidently switched ships in the first place

    I deleted all configs on BOTH ships so no ships has any kit installed, they were both completely bare.

    i think your missreading what i'm saying. The lasers and gens are actually on the ship but when you look at the stats on the Hangar page it says 0 lasers and 0 generators and when you try to shoot an alien it says no cannons to shoot with. I deleted all configs for both ships 1 and 2 and reloaded the kit onto the ship. The equipment loads okay but not registering they have. If i again delete the configs and go to my other ship and load afesh the equpment that ship is okay. It is just on my Goliath ship.
     
  10. ahhhh Meh lol Happened to me once. I threw comptuer against wall. Got a new one pushed CTRL + f4 while I was playing then everything worked again.

    JK

    But seriously. Probably a random weird glitch. Got hit so hard your ship won't work lol

    At least it works now.

    NO...it's not working now. Only one of my ships works okay, not my Goliath ship it isn't
     
  12. Have you tried to equip the items on your not working ship while you are ingame near a base or are you logged off on the backpage doing the changes?

    Try doing these steps:
    1. Remove everything from your configs. Remove everything from all of your ships.
    2. Log off
    3. Clear Cache (again)
    4. Make sure you have the latest flash player (you can probably skip this step)
    5. Log back in
    6. Place everything back on the ship/ drones
    7. Go to x-1 map and shoot streuners, if you have damage, then congrats! If not, then contact support.
    8. If none of the above work, smash laptop on ground and run away to become a monk

    it now appears the issue is with config 1 as config 2 is okay. I have tried everything from Flash upgrade, clear cache, tried on IE, Firefox and Chrome, doing at home base, deleting all configs for both ships but cannot get config 1 to register any equipment.
    I will just have to carry on with just the 2nd config as support appears to have forgotten me.

    If support doesn't answer by the end of tomorrow, then send another ticket.
