[GI] LOW broken

when i try to get into LOW as group leader i end up back at 3-1. Sometimes with 'connection broken' and i have to relog
the only other symptom is that a red dot appears in the player window icon/show/hide button but theres nothing unusual on the player window - just normal EP, uri, etc

we just tried again and the same thing happened - back at 3-1 with connection lost

its hard to do the 500 corsairs quest if you can't even get into the gate
