LTM-MR Module?

    I received this in a chest and I have no idea what it is, I've looked in the DO Bible and all through the game and I cant find it in my inventory anywhere. Can some1 please tell me what it is and where I might find it?

    its a part of the battle station u need 8 moduls to complete the cbs u can upgrade them to lvl 16 dont think enyone ranks them up as cost uri no one likes wasting uri lol but keep hold of it u will get 8 sometime or another
