I don't understand too many things. Maybe some one explain it.

1, server GB1 - not accessable - why?

2, when some one start play on server ex. in USA because they don't need lag in game, move/relocate to europe, can't migrate to server which is nearest to his new home, WHY?

3, If player pay in game, why DO not hearing they requests.

My case is funny but I think DO staff which is employed for BP and have salary made by our payments, need cut off part of their wage and then they hear us.

Why I must start again in DO from lvl 1 on new server, when I'm lvl 16 on 2500 km far away server with 10 fps !!!??? I spend in game maybe more then thousand pounds and now when I need change something as my life is changed, this is not allowed.

Answer WHY? BP don't want paying customers? I don't understand it. They don't delete your ACC for your later change mind. But when I would play I can't because server is ** grrrr ** not accessable, and when is accessable, you play with huge lag play (I can pop BK myself, thats been before, now I can't pop BDEV)

Sorry, I hate DO rules and I flame this forum as last option for change something.

Unfortunately Dark Orbit does not allow for the transfer of accounts to different servers, this doesn't just relate to accounts, but anything upon the account is not transferable across servers (e.g. uridium, items etc.).

Due to the nature of your questions, there is only so much we can assist you with and provide answer for here in the forums. Therefore if you would like to further discuss the issues regarding the policy on account migration then i would have to advise that you contact support.
