Major USA east 3 Lag

hello, many of the people i am currently talking to are experiencing major lag on the server. We are all getting major lag spikes as well. If this could be looked into it would be great. I also lost a gate (Gamma Bk's) due to this.

You'll need to contact support about the gate, they don't deal with gate resets in the new forums.

As for the lag, I believe it may have to do with the new Contacts List update and the new Bonus/Friend Invite update. It should subside within a few days, as well as that, we also have the Spring Fight 2014 "Battle For Influence" coming out, so it might not subside for a while.

Nonetheless, the gate will have to be talked to support about, and the lag will have to be dealt with. Sorry for the sudden disappointment if any, I know support doesn't know how to look at emails regularly.

Have you tried clearing your browsing history, cache, cookies, or using a different browser? I use Maxthon and I've had no lag in a few days now. Maybe you should try it if you haven't already.
