Make Reaper maps 5-X a PvE map.

    In our server this happens because we have 5k MMO 5k EIC and 10k VRU. They're 2 times more than eic so obviously They own all the maps, CBS, Event... Anyway One thing it's possible to do is request the NAP to the enemy clan most active on 5-3. And all of those clan are without UFE or they have just 1-2 of them. That's what i think.
