message_contact_spam_lock ?

seems to turn up in my log when i'm killing small npcs and bad guys (when changing ammo type during fight)

when its active it seems to stop me locking npcs

is this some sort of badly thought out anti-bot mechanism ?

I am getting that message in gates, regular maps and even when trying to use a port.

 

I just played and got destroyed in DSE 4. this notification really start spamming on my screen,
figure text and what it does !!! I couldn't ever aim when the aliens came to the field,
and this is time limited so time ran out of time and I was vaporized.
What the earth Dark Orbit really does when they can't control these things like this.
And.. Last Star Trekking... there were exploits when the same mission came again when you jumped from gate to gate,
now it does the same thing, and people were banned because of this ( Exploid Behaviour ) I wasn't one of those but...
I don't even dare to touch the mine button after I've done this trek mission.
because there's the same mission open again and it counts the mines that are dropped after the mission...
This is happening in Unity

 

same thing happens when I use P.E.T. for looting boxes, making hunting aliens hard

 

getting same error in flash mode. Can't do gg assembler. Locks up for spam. Log out then back in and for me everything reset. Could this be a bot program gone wrong.

 

Could a forum moderator help with this issue? Or do we all have to flood support to report the problem? When this "message_contact_spam_lock" message appears at the top of the screen, nothing works. You can't tag aliens or even players. You can't collect resources, and if you find yourself in a portal with some powerful alien, you risk exploding and losing the game. Moderators, if you're around, please let us know you exist. Thanks.

 

Yes been having the same message started on Friday after update

 

i get it in any map ,very annoying as cant fire laser untill you stop for some seconds .
