  2. When you lag out, the FPS will remain the same, or will change as it needs to, because FPS stands for Frames Per Second, so when you lag out, the frames are still processing. Even if your computer is sat doing absolutely nothing on the desktop, you will still have an FPS.

Lagging out has absolutely nothing to do with FPS, lagging is a term of which coincides with connections and internet problems (or servers, but they don't admit that part).

On the basis of your FPS drops in the hundreds, remember, Flash Player is CPU hammering software. It hardly ever requires a decent GPU to run it (as I know, as I play DarkOrbit with my naff onboard chipset as my GPU and DarkOrbit runs 100% fine graphically and in terms of FPS). When your playing DarkOrbit, the GPU isnt being used at all, not one tiny bit, as everything you have open at the time doesn't need it, Windows, the Desktop, your Browser. The FPS drop you are seeing is the fact the CPU is being hammered to power Flash Player, thus then pulling resources away from everything else and balancing it out causing lower FPS.

The reason your getting amazing FPS in d3 is because the GPU is kicking in and helping the system to process everything on screen (mainly 3D objects and other graphical sexiness).

So to re-cap, everything your experiencing, apart from the Mail Problem, are completely normal in the realms of PC's and the way it all works with the software of which you use.

    LAGI.

And Lagi the point i was trying to make is if it is your pc having issues as they want you to believe you fps will in fact bottom out then top out as the load is lifted. if its on there end you fps will remain the same. I understand what yours saying and know yes my pc controls d3 fps being its not browser based. And my gpu's can take everything this game can throw at it and spit it out like nothing (Nvidia Geforce gtx 690) My cpu (Intel Core i7-4930k) so no issues there. My my connection is a base lvl 42mbps but i pay for 52mbps which i seem to only get in late night or early mornings. Plus i run a custom built cooler for overclocking temps. Trust me i learned the hard way about overclocking and how easy it is to loose everything in a few seconds.
