MHH Error!

  1. Ok hi.
    So this is the problem, i've tried to contact the team through the payment support but unbelivable they didn't provide me any support :))) This is incredible...
    I'm gonna write here for everyone to see because this is unacceptable.
    Ok what happend? So i paid 163.88 pounds when MHH event was active on 7/09/14 with my debit card for the 2x330.000U order. I've tried to pay using my paypal account but the pop up adrees didn't worked so i used the card directly. (all of this was made with an iphone5)
    When the order was done a pop up window appeared with an ERROR (exactly that was the message) and down the ERROR message was written: Your account information will be changed shortly...(or some thing like this).
    Ok so i guesed they didn't acceped my debit card, but.... i checked of course my card account, and what you know...the money was sent to: WWW.BIGPOINT.COM/LUXEMBURG.DE (this is the exact statement that i have)
    I checked again my DO account maybe it there now....but of course not a single uridium.
    So i've tried to contact the support team with the payment option, here is the reply :))) no conection at all with my problem...:

    So do you know how i can resolve this without going to the bank anr report it?
    Maybe a direct mail addres for the CEO of BP maybe he can help me because the support is the worst ever invented....

  3. What pecanin said should be the case, if not - you should just wait on a response from support as I doubt anyone can help you with this matter on forums.

    Hi there,

    I am sorry to see that you are having the problems that you are, unforunately though payment issues are one of those things that we do not have the capabilities of dealing within from within the forum.

    I would therefore suggest that you reply to your support ticket that you have not received the uridium and that the money was taken from your bank account, since it appears they only addressed the issues with the errors you were receiving.

    It is also possible that the payment method that you used could also take longer to process than others, as suggested by
    pecanin. However i would still advise you continue to contact support stating the money left your bank account but no uridium was received, and if possible show them a statement that shows the money has left your account.

    Unfortunately that is the only advise and assistance we can offer you here in the forums since payment issues can only be dealt with through support.
