Missing bought ship

    I have recently auctioned for a Citadel Veteran (CD-VE-03), and won it. I previously had a Goliath, so I wanted a new ship for myself. I went into my hangar and did not see my new ship. I thought it was a glitch so I went and allocated my Goliath. My new ship did not appear and all I got was a phoenix. Please help me, and I don't know what to do.

    That is a ship design, not the actual ship. It only works if you have the actual ship itself.

    Thank you SPSAT99 for assisting with this thread.

    The Citadel Veteran (CD-VE-03) is not a ship its ship design and it can be only used if you have Citadel ship.

    Note: Do not post reply from support in forums as its against the rules and also personal information (links)
