    I had 5M plus credits - disappear. I was not the high bid but the credits did not go back into my account?

    Ensure that your clan isn't taxing you.

    If they don't, then you'll need to contact support.

    Please check your logbook balance to see whether you were refunded or not and also make sure the credits didnt get deducted for using auto-buy options (rockets/ammo), clan tax.
    If you still feel that you were not refunded after checking, you can Contact Support for any further assistance.
