missing equiptment

just purchased a new hangar and vengi. when i logged in i had no shields, engines, or lasers. in the hangar it does not show any of this

 

Did you unequip the ship in hanger 1 ? If not you have to to take everything off the ship in the first hanger for it to show up in 2nd.

 

i didnt unequipt but ill try taking everything off hope it works thanks again

 

didnt work. my pet has no equiptment in this hangar as well.

 

Try going to your first hangar then using the delete config button for each config.





After you've done that refresh the page and go on to your second hangar. If all goes well you'll have everything you own appear

 

thanks for the advice i tried and failed.. went as far as buying a bigboy to reset configs and then purchased another vengi still no equiptment
