Missing GHH/MHH bonuses – automated booking incoming

    Hi all,

    We noticed that we mis-scheduled some MHH/GHH sales. There was a slight mistake in the way we scheduled the timer and offers in the payment window and had the layers activated but had not prepared the bonus booking itself.

    For security reasons there are two independent systems with individual scheduling tools involved.

    We are now going through the payment data and will check for players who purchased Uridium during the time the MHH/GHH were displayed.

    Once we have the list of players, we will automatically book the missing Uridium.

    All other players will have the opportunity to stock up during the next regular Uridium sale.

    Update: We've since been informed that these bookings did not include MHH from Friday. If you are missing anything from a (September 2) Friday MHH purchase you will need to contact support so they can verify and book anything missing manually.
