missing key

i did a kappa gate last night, but when i logged in this morning i only had 4 booty keys in my inventory. i checked my logbook and didn't find where it said i had used a key since finishing the gate.

According to your records, you still have 4 keys. Try clearing browser cache and relogging.

ok, i'll try to explain this again for you. yes, i have 4 keys, but according to this page i should have gotten 5(can't believe i just had to link a faq for an admin). what i would like to know is what happened to my 5th key that i should have gotten for completing a kappa gate? first thing i did was check my log book to see if i had used a key on accident. when i found no log entry stating that i had used a key i tried exactly what you suggested. my hanger page still said i had 4 keys, instead of the 5 i should have had, so i came to the forum looking for help only to be told what i already know. i have 4 keys instead of 5. here's to hoping this longer more in depth explanation of my problem will get a better response.

 

I am sorry I misunderstood the original query as it wasn't entirely clear what you were asking. It isn't clear from the logs what happened here. Unfortunately we are unable to take any action from forums so in this case you would have to go to support.
