    I recently made bid for an iris in the auction for about 27million but it seems like someone got it besides me but yet my creds were not returned to me and i dont hve the iris i bidded on. Does nyone know what happened to my creds nd is there a way to get my creds baq? thnks for the help

    Send the record of your logs to support who should arrange a refund for you. This is a known issue.

    Thank you whoeva for your assistance.

    You will need to contact Support with this issue as well with your logs showing you made a bid, user id, ship name. They should be able to help you as we do not handle these sorts of issues in forums.
