modules

I had a bunch of modules from botty boxes. I place them on 3-7 base a few weeks ago but never built base. Since the base has been built by other clans, In which my modules should have been returned back to me. but never happened. Now if i go to a base and open base hanger it only list a few of the modules i should have. If you go to ship hanger inventory there listed. Dont know if there lost in transition or what but dont see how they can be. Need this looked into pls.

Also have noticed things not being credited out of botty boxes. For example i have got several apis parts, but have also got a full apis drone. but didnt receive just parts. along side this I got 4 designs but only got 2. Dont know if there is a conflict in the popup that informs what is received and actual stuff received. this is a big concern due to the fact i payed for the keys and expect to receive what is said to be given in heads up display!!!

With this being said as a paying customer I am entitled to a game free of bugs and glitches. I do understand we are only human and accidents happen. But at no point should i have to suffer a loss due to a bug or glitch, and expect to have the said items given in full. I am well aware of the United States Federal Gambling Laws which govern the server in which i play that is located in the United States of America. And before you ask why you are govern under these laws. Say ty to the jp battles.

LOL, "entitled to a game free of bugs and glitches". I believe this is something that all of us gamers online experience as it doesn't matter what game it is. Sure we spend money on these games but we don't hold a gun to there heads trying to tell them how to run there software. All a person can do is contact support, be civil, and try to explain the situation and what can be done. Most cases do get worked out and fixed in the end, so when your talking about LAWS and moving pixels on a screen with money then your swimming with the sharks and will be chewed up in all the mess.

And further more People like you being scared to take a stand is the reason things in this world have turned out the way it has! Im not scared to swim with the sharks. Its like sticking a stick in a hornets nest sure i might get stung, but a lot of hornets die. And yes if you would have read the post it says "I do understand we are only human and accidents happen." If you have two full Apis drone's, you won't receive parts for more, not receiving items from booty boxes could be a glitch that you should post on forums or write to support, although they wouldn't be much help, if you already have the designs then you won't see them again in your inventory, are only paying players entitled to a game free of bugs, I don't think. There are many bugs and random crap wrong with the game, it can't be helped because you might not be reporting it to support or admins, if you do then they can look into it which usually takes time, more time, and golden time.

 

I never received the full apis. However i did get a handful of other parts from other boxes. I did receive 2 out of 4 designs said to have been given. And no everyone is entitled to a game free of bugs and glitches. As a pay player however the are bound by law to refund any moneys lost to said glitch or bugs.

I think you need to go to your ''Tech center'' under Skylab and build the Apis then, if you already had the designs then you wouldn't receive it again although there could be glitches at work that you should report.

 

And when I try that it syas i do not have enough uri to build which would mean i never received

 

If you don't have all 45 parts and/or not enough uridiun then you won't be able to build it.

 

I know that but if i received a full apis in booty box shouldn,t i have that full apis. I just think there was a glitch when I received it in booty box, and just need set by admin. But ty very much boss for your help.

 

If you received a full Apis then you should've automatically received the drone on the space map(I think), if you didn't then that's a major error that need's to be investigated by admins or support so it can be fixed and you get your drone.

 

Wow, dude just telling you plan and simple when you first start the game and agree to terms you are actually protecting yourself and the game software, when you talk about laws and what your entitle to why no check out the disclaimer that you agreed with. Obviously you don't understand the law system and the fine print when it comes to problems involving this game or any other game for that matter. Hmmm look at that not one admin has responded to your craziness and really dude bring it up with support not in the forums....so sad

 

Is this not the tech section in the forums? And did you not notice they are a lil busy with bugs and glitches. And yes I agreed to the t&s. But that at no point releases them from being held accountable.

So what you are saying if they feel its ok to take all of your drones, uri, and ect. You would have no issues with it and just move on. I would hope you would have the guts to stand up for yourself. The bad part to this is who's to say this only happened to me. Because I'm sure this is not an isolated situation. This is something that is easily overlooked. And did you not read about the 2 cases I posted. In both cases the game maker was held accountable. And if you wasn't aware when you purchase a product from the manufacture. That manufacture has to carry a manufactures warranty for up to 1 year. To prove its free from defects caused by said manufacture. Man know you stuff before you talk. As it is apparent I have done my research. ty

By the way this is FREE software that you don't download, you have the CHOICE to use real money and purchase items. When you feel that you have been cheated out of your money you CONTACT SUPPORT and they will normally do the best they can to satisfy the situation...enough said.

 

Vendius is this not the tech section of the forums? And just for your info i was refured her by a smod. And yes your right you have he option ti use money or not. But by doing so it covers you in the case of manufacture defects. How ever if i was to say play a server that was not under the us fed laws i would be up the creak without a paddle. And that is why i play a server based in the great USA. New York to be exact.

 

Modulel problem resolved. Thank you techs for your hard work. After the reset the were unlocked from 3-3 base. Now may we address the other issues I am having. And yet again ty for your time and hard work.

Bigpoint is hosted in Germany, so you may not get it back. They are bound by German laws, so it can be different.

 

BigPoint,s home base is located in Germany. The server i play is located in New York. Tho most of the employs there have been let go. The server still stands.
