My 7 day reset was RESET Why???

    I have been logged in everyday and have even refreshed pages I have been on the 7 day loggin bonus everyday but today it reset me back can you please fix this so I dont have to do 7 days again whats the problem I have been logged in every day earning Log disk but today it was reset and I have not missed one day of logging in?

    Hi.

    There is no 7 days login bonus only 5 days.And you need to login every day not just stay loged in and refresh page you need logout and login again.

    Hi there,

    Can you check something for me please? Can you go to your back page, and click on "Logbook" which appears under your Pilot License.

    From here, can you find the time you logged in and check to see what the logbook says regarding your login bonus. For example, it should say something like this;

    18.07.2014 - 18:42 1-day login bonus received
    15.07.2014 - 19:18 3-day login bonus received

    If possible, can you try to scroll through the pages to check this for the past several days you logged in, so we can check the dates and see what could be going wrong for you.

    If you were logged in all day playing the game then you lose the day and it resets. The system doesn't recognise that you are playing the game, you must actually log once between 0:00 and 23:59 server time for it to register.
