[GI] My account got reset

    I was on level 11 and doing quest and I was playing then game froze and cant log in game.I rebooted computer when came back lost all things I had to start over thanks darkorbit team

    Are you sureyo u haven't just simply been set to a different Server when you logged in ?
    Click on the Globe next to your Home button and check the servers first (blue highlighted servers are active servers, so u only need to check those.)



    If that is not the case, then just sent a ticket to the support thell them what happened and also send your user ID, the Server you played on and the time it happened.

    I had a simillar issue aswell, but only on the Test-Server so it didnt bother me, your account is still there.
