    I've been lagged out 3 times in my beta gate, is there any way I can get it back? Wasted a lot of uri so would be annoying to lose it

    You have to write support.
    They will want a screen shot usually of your FPS (frames per second).
    You can get this by pressing the "F" key on the game page.
    It should appear in the upper left off the screen on the game page.
    The way I understand is you get 1 reset for 3 months something like that.

    My fps are fine now it's around at 20, but when I was in my gate I kept lagging and freezing

    K.I.D.S you should write to support as i did and im waiting for the reply.
    They reset gates once in a month (30 days) , and i dont think they need the screenshoots.

    You should also try different browsers,Mozilla or Chrome.
    Reduce your drones and set setting perhaps in the video quality.
    Typically for me a FPS of around 52-60 is a good day.
    Bad day it is 25-40.
