My ship

    Today at 6 pm central time and these problem is still ocurring by the way, I am trying to shoot at other ships like Strenuers for example and i am getting a message saying that I can't shoot because I dont have any laser cannons, but I go to my hangar and all my equipment is there. Oh and my ship isnt showing that I have any shields either.

    And that's in my Player account in USA (East Coast)

    I fixed it, i went to the client screen and changed the configuration on the User tab, the problem is I never changed or try to touch anything on a second configuration in the first place. But thanks though.

    Sounds like you switched to config 2 before and since you haven't set that up in your hangar then you had no equipment to use. Check the 2nd config in hangar and equip it; many use a speed config and a shield config.

    If you only use 1 config then you're only using half your potential ;)
