Need help lost items and no reply from support

  1. I've sent many tickets and still waiting after 3 days for a response.
    I logged onto my account after around 1-2 years of not using it and ALL of my inventory is gone but I have the same ship (Goliath) and experience. Nothing else is different just no items.

    All of my cannons, shields, boosters everything including extras and ammunition.
    I've sent many tickets and been waiting 3 days for a response but no one is responding?
    It was easily over 1.5+ Million Uri worth of items. I have spent around $1500 on the game when I use to play and would like to continue playing but I can't because I have no guns, no nothing. Please help!!!!!

    Nobody here can help you, the Moderator here is just a massager, you ask a Moderator and they will ask Support. The only option here is sue them.

    Is there any update in your logbook and balance that is suspicious? If you did not log in for 2 years there should not be any update during that time.
