    maybe i will still be a premium player but that is it, unless DO will give me a proper compensation for my lose i will not buy anymore uri so that even when there is a problem like this i will not get annoyed .. 5 days of not been able to play since i subscribe to XL DOUBLER.. waste of money

    Are you experience login issues, connectivity or lag issues? Whether you can't get into the backpage, the spacemap, or lag is just too much for you I would ask if you can post in this thread >here< per the instructions in the first post. There seems to be some issues currently and we're trying to help collect information to help support resolve all of this for everyone.

    As to refunds, that is something you would have to take up with support. There is a link in my signature below that you can use to contact them.
