New 250k Vengance design idea !

So I came up with ideas for vengance designs, since goliath has a bunch of 250 k designs and vengance only has 1.

I think it should give a neutral 5% bonus dmg and it special skill should be "Adrenaline rush" - you start shooting twice faster than normal for about 20-30 sec ...maybe ? And cooldown is about 15-20 mins.
For an example RSB reload time is about 3 seconds. With the skill on it would only be about 1.5 seconds !

Here is another idea. Neutral bonus - 10% shield and special skill - "Defence" will increace the shield's power with 100% (Let's say you are down to 100 000 shield. You activate the special skill and you get +100 000 shield, which means you now have 200 000 shield.)
I am NOT quite sure about the 2nd idea but please don't hate too much. Also, give ideas about designs

It's same if you would ask to give vengeance double power ability.

Trust me - the 'Lighting' design is best. Can't beat it. If you know what you are doing - the next best is the spearhead. Disappear at ....! (will)

 

Not a chance.

Even if it was 1 mill urid I would still buy it as I use a Vengy most of the time, however it is far too powerful with it's abilities.

Remember the leonov when it first came out? Everything counted for double on it including the drones & it was way too powerful - so much so that even a player with 2 irises & 6 flaxes & all lf3s would beat FE players hands down.

0.0! Double fire speed? You have halved rocket fire speed from that CPU, and halved again from prem, now half it again??!! Then rocket fire would be 1/8 of original fire speed!

Lightening is the best design on the game but would be nice for more choice for us vengie pilots. However your double fire idea makes it too OP. We do need a shield skill design for vengie, not sure what the ability would have though.

What about a teleport in front of target? Then if this is too OP there could be something else done to balance it.
