    So it was the last minute and i wanted to bid around 18 million on a amber design, but instead i typed 180mil and it's a hour to go, is there anyway do can take away my bid and give it to the second highest bidder

    Nope, they don't remove bids. The only way you could get those credits back, is if someone overbids you...Which i commonly doubt. So, you're basically screwed.

    If it was your fault and you entered an extra zero then you will not get any kind of refund.
