New goli design question

Does the 7% attack boost work only against rival companies, or for warring clans within your own company as well? ..I would love to know without spending 150k uri to find out...

Also how is the ship?< any feedback? I was thinking this design with moth and suicide config would be nice, heck even with pincer maybe.

 

This Question has been asked recently, The 7% attack boost only work to the rival companies and not in the warring clans, unless the warring clan is a different company to yours
