new goli design

Guys i bought today the new goli design , but i did some damage test and the result is that i am shootin 5% less then with my venom design.
Is the 7% true can some support check this cos i spent a lot of uri just for 2% extra percent compared to venom and im still shootin less

The 7% damage is against enemy factions I.E. if you are MMO and you fire on EIC, the 7% would apply. When your were testing thins, were you firing on an enemy player or a player of your own faction?
From OA:
Each design gives a 5% bonus to influence gained for respective corporation and a 7% damage bonus against other faction players. (These effects are permanent but the influence bonus will not do anything after the event ends.)

what do you mean then i got cheated for sure , it says 7% extra damage on everything including aliens just like the other goliath designs.
I did the test indeed on vru ship thats why i was shooting so low ?
So you mean i only get 7% damage only on eic or mmo not aliens or my own company?

I have checked the description in the store, Ex. for the MMO Design, it reads:
A special, limited edition Goliath, the Vanquisher design is only available to pilots who are truly loyal to MMO. It will not only provide a 5% bonus to all Influence earned for MMO, but will also grant a 7% damage bonus against rival human pilots.

If you have a WAR with an enemy clan in the same company, would you get the 7% bonus then ?? many questions here still...ty for those who have the time and knowledge to answer...

From the description this should work against warring clans, but it needs a test, as the description of items is always lacking -_- .
