    for me new mission - priority alpha is blocked someone can tell me how to unblock this quests or its blocked only for me?

    you have to do all quests regarding that mission, so that it gets available. for example if you want to do the level 13 alpha quest, you must finish all level 13 missions first.

    Thank you for assisting this player with their question, As you are correct the greyed out quests only become available once the quests in that level are completed.
