New Quest?

Soooooo, Hi everyone, its your friendly Ghost here and I have an idea. Why not have a quest that is based on pvp? But what if the pvp kills are only with outlaws? Hear me out. Let there be 3 quests on PVP of outlawed players,

1st quest
10 Outlaw kills any map any company
Pay out
25k Uri
1.5 Mill EP
300k Honor

2nd Quest
25 Outlaw Kills
40k uri
2.3 mil eo
450k honor

3rd quest
50 outlaw kills
60k uri
3 mil ep
600k honor

I know that people will most likely abuse this event in order to get the uri, and that is the case with any pvp quest. but what if you couldnt kill the same player twice in a 24 hour period? And you couldnt kill 2 outlaws in the same map either. It would have to be a different map.
I know the uri is high, but thats due to the time it will take for you to get outlaws. If DO could devise a way to prevent this from being abused, would you go for it?

 

Why not some quests where we have to kill 10, 25 and 50 players in the same company as us ? And why should we make the small players which are outlaws to leave this game(maybe they made a mistake without knowing, e.g. stealing cargo, most of the players don't know why they are blue).. maybe they won't come back on other acc, but they would save the one they started playing on.

 

If It's just for 15 LvL and higher Outlaws.
