New SKILL design!

idk, but how about a new skill design?, that can do rocket dmg 10%. speed on ship 5%, And have ultimate cloaks that bee for 5 min each cloak

Spear is already fastest ship (and flown correctly a hard kill)... increasing its speed another 5% would be nuts. 5 min ultimate cloak would also make it impossible to catch / pop.

Leonov is the Rocket DMG king.And its still a worthy opponent,So long the pilot is good at the game

5 percent more speed - we don't need it.

But the 10% percent for more rocket-dmg isn't good. Their you have another way like boosters, dmg-ship-designs or dmg-design havoc or your can upgrade your skill or you can use the tech.

 

After looking over this, it sounds more like a new drone formation, that doesn't make it any better though.

Everyone should remember that as the idea stands it's a ship design meaning the Leo wouldn't even be able to have it, to much damage? who would choose rocket damage over laser damage, if anything you'd hit less. Let's say, ultimate cloak ability for 20 seconds, 15% more rocket damage, decrease laser damage by 4%, or get rid of the ultimate cloak and give the design 3% more honor and EP.

With that being suggested it would probably be better as a drone formation.

 

Anyone who reads this idea will think you're vespid using another noob account to get his rubbish ideas through.

10% rocket damage? seems okay.
5% speed, jog on. that would make a goliath well faster than a vengeance.
cloaking, keep jogging on, pity BP didn't put a © after the spearhead ability text.
